The survey scope encompassed a thorough assessment of asbestos materials following HSG 264 guidance, alongside the identification of cristobalite, Refractory Ceramic Fibres (RCF), and Ozone Depleting Substances in insulation. This comprehensive scope ensured all potential hazardous materials were identified and documented for safe demolition planning.
The project execution demonstrated Lucion’s capability to manage complex industrial surveys effectively. We deployed a dedicated site supervisor who maintained continuous presence, ensuring seamless communication with our client and stakeholders while managing up to five survey teams simultaneously.
