Our hazardous materials laboratory operates under the legal entity Lucion Services. Lucion Services is a UKAS-accredited testing laboratory No. 2569 and inspection body No. 0263 in relation to asbestos. Â
All other analyses conducted in our hazardous materials laboratory are outside UKAS accreditation but are recognised in our BSI encompassing ISO 9001:2015, 45001, and 140001, and are subject to our internal validation testing. Â
Our geotechnical testing laboratory operates under the legal entity Lucion Ground Engineering. Lucion Ground Engineering is a UKAS accredited testing laboratory No. 8180, and recognised in our ISO 17025:2017.Â
Both our laboratory accreditation suites ensure that our testing and calibration meet the highest standards. Additionally, our commitment to quality is reflected in certifications such as ISO 9001:2015.Â
As standard, all our lab analysts participate in internal quality assurance and external proficiency testing schemes which provide feedback on our laboratory team’s performance on a regular basis. This information is used to improve our quality control processes and ensures we are continually reviewing the way we work as an organisation.Â
