Rachel studied Environmental Geoscience at Cardiff University, with an integrated Masters degree which involved a year studying at the University of Vermont in the USA. Rachel’s more recent experience invovled risk assessment of asbestos contamination and historical landfills.
Rachel’s responsibilities will be to support the project delivery of Cat 1 and desk study summary investigations, along with supporting and guiding the junior teams.
Tim Wheeler, Unit Manager for the Norwich office, says “We are delighted to have Rachel join the Norwich office. She brings contaminated land skills to the team, and with the growth of the company and Rachel’s significant experience her appointment will provide an invaluable resource to support our increasing client base”.
Rachel enjoys her sports; she is captain of a team at Norwich City Hockey Club, and joint captain of a 7-aside team. She has also recently completed the Only the Brave race at Elveden for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
