Orchard Street purchase Snipe Retail Park for £61.8m

Delta-Simons supported Orchard Street as Environmental Advisors for their new acquisition, a 242,000ft2 park occupied by a total of 15 retailers including B&Q, Next, Argos, Currys and Dunelm.
