Lucion has been successfully appointed to four lots on North Tyneside Council's Design Consultancy Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), positioning the Group to deliver a wide range of specialist services across the region.
The two-year framework with the option to extend for a further two years, will see Lucion Delta-Simons Ltd and Lucion Survey Ltd working collaboratively to support North Tyneside Council’s varied portfolio of projects.
Multi-Disciplinary Expertise
Our specialist environmental and sustainability company, Lucion Delta-Simons Ltd, has been appointed to lots:
- Lot 2 – Tree Survey: Delivering arboricultural impact assessments and method statements for design and planning purposes
- Lot 6 – Ecology Survey and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG): Providing comprehensive ecological surveys and BNG assessments to support sustainable development
Meanwhile, our dedicated land and building surveying team at Lucion Survey Ltd has secured appointments to:
- Lot 5 – Topographical/Measured Building Survey/Utility Survey: Delivering land and building surveying services including topographical surveys, utility surveys, and measured building surveys
- Lot 8 – Drone Inspection: Providing high-resolution aerial imagery and data collection services
Supporting Local Authority Ambitions
The DPS framework enables North Tyneside Council to access specialist consultancy services across 17 different lots, covering everything from heritage architecture to flood risk assessment. As mini competitions are issued through the Open e-procurement platform, Lucion will be well-positioned to bid for projects that align with its expertise and capacity.
