Chief People Officer Carolyn Cole Is Set To Share Insights on Mental Health Support at Employee Benefits Webinar

Following a suite of award nominations and wins for mental health initiatives at Lucion, we are pleased to announce that Chief People Officer, Carolyn Cole, will be participating in a leading industry webinar on workplace mental health support on Tuesday 9 June at 11am.

Hosted by Employee Benefits in association with Axa Health, “The future of fully connected mental health support in the workplace” webinar will bring together HR and wellbeing experts to explore how organisations can move beyond tokenistic approaches to create meaningful, personalised support for their people.

Moving Beyond Lip Service

Our Chief People Officer, Carolyn Cole, will share Lucion’s approach to embedding authentic mental wellbeing support throughout our organisational culture – an approach that recognises mental health support as an ongoing commitment rather than a tick-box exercise.

The webinar will explore critical questions facing employers today, including how to connect benefits into a coherent mental wellbeing strategy, how to use data and AI to deliver more targeted support, and how to ensure employees can access expert help when they need it.

Carolyn will draw on Lucion’s comprehensive benefits review conducted over the past 12-18 months, which has resulted in initiatives designed to recognise and respond to individual needs, including:

Holiday purchase schemes – recognising that some employees value additional time off
Enhanced healthcare plans – supporting both financial wellbeing and health
Flexible life events benefits – acknowledging that we all experience significant life moments at different times
Employee forums – creating spaces for dialogue and understanding

These initiatives, of which many were driven by our internal employee communities, reflect our understanding that effective mental health support must be flexible, personal, and responsive to the diverse needs of our workforce.
