We are delighted to announce our sponsorship of the prestigious Mentor of the Year category at the upcoming Generation for Change (G4C) Awards.

The awards ceremony will take place on 27th March at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, celebrating excellence and innovation in the construction industry’s next generation of leaders. 

Industry Leadership and Engagement 

Our involvement in the awards is further strengthened by the participation of our QHSE Manager, Mariam Elkaradia, who will serve as a judge on the awards panel. This appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering talent and supporting professional development within the construction sector.

G4C a key initiative of CE Midlands, represents a cornerstone in developing the construction industry’s next generation of leaders. Through its comprehensive programme of events, mentoring opportunities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, G4C creates valuable platforms for young professionals to connect, learn, and grow within the sector. 

The forum plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between established industry leaders and emerging talent, fostering an environment where innovation and fresh perspectives can thrive. By facilitating meaningful connections and providing structured development opportunities, G4C helps shape the future of construction through the lens of its youngest and most dynamic participants.
