Framework Overview
The framework, which will run until July 2029, enables Lucion to deliver essential asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition services to social housing providers across the North of England.
EN:Procure, the procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North, has structured the framework to support the delivery of modern, compliant, and sustainable properties while prioritising community benefits.
