Delta-Simons enhances GRESB consulting services

In April, the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) delivered a training course on how to complete the annual survey which compares the sustainability performance of investment fund portfolios.
Roger Griffiths (Technical Director) and Daniel Ellis (Sustainability Advisor) both attended the course in order to further develop Delta-Simons' due-diligence and consultancy services to align with the reporting requirements of GRESB.
From Sustainability Risk Assessments to Tenant Engagement Procedures, Green Lease Agreements to BREEAM Certification, Delta-Simons services are designed to minimise the administrative burden on fund managers and to continually enhance the sustainability scores of individual assets and across entire portfolios.
