The two-year contract, with the option to extend for a further two years, will see Lucion Services Ltd provide comprehensive asbestos management services with an annual value of £220,000.

Understanding Resident Needs
One of the key challenges in social housing surveying is ensuring minimal disruption whilst maintaining safety standards.
Our solution centres on detailed pre-start assessments for every property. Working as an extension of Clwyd Alyn’s team, we assess resident vulnerabilities and support requirements, preferred access times, cultural or religious considerations, and specific timing requirements for medical or care routines before any work begins.
Our multi-layered communication approach ensures residents are fully informed and comfortable:
- Written notifications issued one month in advance
- Telephone booking calls two weeks prior
- Confirmation calls 2–3 days before the visit
- Reminder calls on the day of the survey
All communications are available in large print and translated into Welsh and other required languages, ensuring accessibility for all residents.
