Theresa brings over a decade of experience in sustainability reporting, energy compliance, and environmental strategy to her role as Head of Sustainability at Lucion Delta-Simons Ltd. 

 

 

Theresa’s career spans the full spectrum of sustainability frameworks and compliance requirements, from energy auditing and carbon accounting to international reporting standards and Net Zero strategy development across commercial, industrial, and public sector organisations.

Since joining Lucion, Theresa has been responsible for leading the company’s sustainability offering, building on the strong foundations established through the business’s ‘Beyond Net Zero’ commitment and Environment Analyst membership. Her focus is on delivering commercially astute sustainability solutions, developing high-performing teams, and positioning Lucion as a trusted partner for organisations navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.

Theresa holds Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) status with ISEP and is qualified as both an ESOS Lead Assessor and BREEAM Assessor. Her hands-on experience encompasses GHG accounting, Life Cycle Assessments, Science-Based Targets development, climate risk analysis, and energy efficiency programmes across diverse portfolios.

Throughout her career, Theresa has delivered sustainability strategies for multinational organisations, fund managers, property portfolios, and industrial operators. Her expertise covers both compliance-driven reporting and strategic ESG transformation, enabling her to provide practical, informed recommendations that support critical decision-making around decarbonisation, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business practices.

With degrees in Global Environmental History and recent completion of advanced training in Climate Change and Social Responsibility, Theresa combines rigorous academic grounding with hands-on delivery experience. She is focused on ensuring Lucion’s sustainability services deliver exceptional value to clients whilst supporting the UK’s transition to Net Zero by 2050.
