Shannon Stone

With over a decade of experience in environmental consultancy, Shannon joined Lucion Delta-Simons in 2024 following six years at Mott MacDonald and three years with the Environment Agency’s National Permitting Service. This unique combination of regulatory and consultancy experience enables her to provide comprehensive guidance on environmental compliance and permitting requirements.

Shannon specialises in coordinating Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) environmental permit applications, developing management plans, and conducting environmental due diligence. Her project portfolio spans both UK and international developments, focusing on waste management activities, including landfills and clinical waste treatment facilities.

Shannon is committed to advancing industry best practices and environmental stewardship as a Chartered Resource and Waste Manager (CRWM) and an active participant in the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management’s Skills for the Future Working Group. She holds an MSc in Integrated Environmental Studies from the University of Southampton and a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Portsmouth.
