Ross monitors strategic, operational, and regulatory risks to effectively manage and protect our Group businesses.

With 19 years’ experience in the industry, Ross’s journey with Lucion began as Regional Manager in 2008. Ross accepted a Board position in 2012 taking on accountability for shared, central functions including, Information Technology, QHSE, Learning and Development, HR and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance).

Ross leads on regulatory affairs and professional obligations, covering technical and social values, professional liabilities and employment practises. He is our Board level health, safety and wellbeing champion, monitoring high level QHSE KPIs and driving continuous improvements. Within this, he oversees Lucion’s Take Care Be Aware (TCBA) initiative which provides a framework for employees to give feedback directly to the QHSE team and Board of Directors.

Ross’s role also has involved his direct senior management of 10 acquisition projects (6 within 5 years). These acquisitions have driven the technical expansion of the Group’s service offering and broadened our specialist capabilities and sector experience.
