Rich has over 20 years’ experience in the asbestos consultancy sector, combining deep technical knowledge with a strong commercial background.

 

 

 

As Sales Director for Lucion Services Ltd, Rich is responsible for driving strategic growth, securing new client relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-value, complex consultancy projects.

Since joining Lucion in 2017, Rich has played a key role in developing major client accounts and consistently identifying and winning significant new business opportunities. In his current role, he focuses on expanding Lucion Services’ market presence through the acquisition of new clients, re-engagement of dormant relationships, and the successful delivery of large and strategically important projects.

Rich is particularly experienced in supporting complex bids and tenders, advising on pricing and scope, and building long-term relationships with clients across key sectors. His approach is focused on sustainable growth, strong client partnerships, and ensuring commercial success aligns with deliverable, high-quality outcomes.

Rich holds comprehensive qualifications in asbestos management, including:

  • BOHS W504 Certified
  • P402 Certified
  • P403 Certified
  • P404 Certified
  • P405 Certified

He is also IOSH Managing Safely accredited, reflecting his commitment to high standards in health and safety management.

Throughout his career, Rich has led asbestos management contracts for major clients and has extensive experience across asbestos surveying, analytical services, and specification production, enabling him to provide practical, commercially sound solutions to complex client challenges.
