After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Southampton, Rachel has built a distinguished career in water services consultancy. Leading Lucion’s water team, Rachel provides expert guidance throughout all stages of property acquisition and development processes.

Rachel specialises in flood risk assessment and sustainable drainage solutions, with particular emphasis on complex urban development projects and environmental impact analysis. Her expertise encompasses:
