Chief Executive Officer

Appointed to Chief Executive Officer in April 2024, Phil has over 11 years of experience in the testing, inspection, and compliance sector, having previously held leadership positions at Exova, Eurofins, and CTS.

Throughout his career, Phil has demonstrated a keen ability to develop and grow businesses, both organically and through strategic acquisitions. He has extensive knowledge of the industry and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Prior to joining the testing, inspection and compliance sector, Phil spent 20 years in the food industry, running some of the largest chilled food factories in the UK. Whilst being responsible for designing and building multimillion-pound facilities, Phil also spent 2 years teaching organisational and leadership development.

Phil is focused on building upon Lucion’s strong reputation and continuing to deliver the exceptional services our clients have come to expect, while exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation.

With an impressive track record, strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, Phil will lead Lucion and its subsidiary companies into its next phase of growth.
