Mathew Hubbard
Operations Manager (Infrastructure)
Mathew has over 20 years’ experience in the asbestos industry and joined Lucion in 2014, as a fully qualified Lead Surveyor / Analyst. He has worked across the UK delivering both inspection and analytical activities and has extensive experience of working in the highways and rail sectors.
Since becoming Operations Manager (Infrastructure) in 2015, he focuses on communication with site teams on a daily basis, briefing them on key details and liaising with clients to overcome challenges when they arise. He is responsible for liaising with client project teams and our survey teams to ensure that work is carried out safely and in-line with safety procedures, with traffic management and welfare provisions being arranged where required. He also carries out desktop studies ahead of on-site inspections as per GG 105 guidance for both Highways England and the North Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent.
