Leading survey teams at Lucion Survey Ltd, Luke works day-to-day across 3D laser scanning, Revit modelling, measured building surveys and land surveying for clients across the UK. He regularly manages projects that span multiple sites and building types, from individual measured building surveys through to large, multi-building estate-wide capture programmes, helping clients understand not just what their buildings look like, but how their spaces are actually being used. 

With a particular interest in workflow and process, Luke is comfortable adapting established methods to suit the scale and complexity of a project, whether that means selecting the right scanning technology, restructuring how data is processed on site, or finding smarter ways to manage and archive the resulting datasets. His work has included large estate-wide surveying programmes for higher education clients, where he has led the transition to Trimble X9 laser scanning technology, managed multi-team data capture across dozens of buildings, and overseen the full process from initial site scanning through to finished CAD deliverables. 

Luke is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s achievable in digital surveying and about sharing practical, real-world lessons from live projects with peers across the geospatial industry.
