Dan Clampin is Head of Air Quality, Lighting and Odour at Lucion Delta-Simons, bringing over a decade of specialist experience in environmental consultancy.

With a uniquely broad technical skillset, Dan leads the delivery of complex air quality, environmental lighting and odour assessments for developers, local authorities, major infrastructure schemes, industrial operators, and nationally significant infrastructure projects across the UK.

  • Reviewed major planning applications for local authorities including Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, London Borough of Hounslow, and Canterbury City Council
  • Supported government bodies in environmental policy implementation

Dan combines technical authority with practical, commercially-focused advice, helping clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements including the Environmental Targets (Fine Particulate Matter) Regulations 2023, updated ILP guidance, and strengthened biodiversity requirements with regards to impacts from lighting and pollution.
