Managing Director - Environment & Sustainability

Damian is the Managing Director for Environmental and Sustainability Services, encompassing our Environmental Planning, Environmental Compliance & Risk, Climate Risk and Sustainability Services.

Damian joined Delta Simons in 2014 and following the acquisition of Delta Simons by Lucion in 2020, Damian’s responsibilities went on to include Safety and Sustainability, Environmental Transaction Services and Environmental Planning Services. Damian has held senior management and leadership positions at global professional service consultancies and at a civil engineering contractor delivering nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Damian is degree-qualified in environmental science and has over 25 years’ consultancy experience, which has given him a broad understanding of the interplays between technical disciplines and is therefore able to support clients and co-professionals with joined-up, commercial advice when working across multi-disciplinary teams.
