Carolyn Cole
Chief People Officer
Carolyn joined the team in January 2025 as Chief People Officer heading up the people team across the Lucion Group.
Carolyn has over 20 years in the HR profession across a multitude of industries and more recently leading people teams in construction, testing and technology.
Carolyn has successfully led a number of people teams through acquisition and organic growth whilst maintaining a people first culture. Carolyn covers HR, Talent, ESG, Learning and Development and Payroll as part of her remit at Lucion Group with a strong focus on our people’s wellbeing.
